Project Overview
With a three-year waitlist to see one of Australia’s leading dermatologists, Dr John Sullivan, KDAA knew they needed to expand. Having recently brought on more staff, the team saw this as an opportunity to step up its visibility and branding by developing social media assets that were more representative of the calibre of the clinic.

What we did
The brief was to deliver a package of branding assets. We kick-started the process with an in-person video strategy workshop, where Nikki asked questions to pinpoint the video’s story. This included a walk-through of the premises to identify the optimal shooting locations.
To achieve all the deliverables in one day, the shoot schedule was highly detailed and organised and ensured each of the 20+ talent were only on set for the specific amount of time required.
Project Particulars
Clinicians are extremely busy and time-poor, so completing a shoot in one go is essential. This is where Heist comes into its own with precision efficiency that ensures every element is accounted for and no wasted time—a common problem for many photo and video shoots.
Outcomes
KDAA’s visual branding now matches its reputation as a renowned dermatology practice. With elevated imagery and videos that can be repurposed and reused across its website and platforms, it can uplift its social media presence and grow its business.
